INTRODUCTION TO

“I Love You Sippy”

When it came to deciding which song to use for our first music video, we found it hard to choose. Would it be “I Love You Sippy” as a way of introducing everyone to our magical dragon or “Sleepy Old Bob” one of our favourite characters from our book “Sippy and Sunny, a Byron Bay adventure…”. In the end we went with “I love you Sippy”. In this music video you meet us and our extended family and Sippy holds his rightful place at the head of the project.

After all, he started this ball rolling…

BEHIND THE SCENES…

What a collaboration this was! The talented Steve Baccon on stop motion photography made our dreams come to life and for this we are very grateful. Hair and makeup was the challenge for Jess Diez and her assistant Ellie Rankin and they handled the chaos of 5 children and 4 adults with ease, actually turning it into a dress up and face painting party. Then there is Kenyon Batterson, our 15 yr old photographer capturing unguarded moments to perfection through the lense of his iPhone. The rest was our crazy family making the sets, searching for feathers in the park, cutting butterflies, laughing, dancing, singing and playing together for what made a beautiful day!
